When will my order be shipped?   
It is our goal at Sugar Britches Bowtique to ship your order as quickly as possible.  In most cases your order will ship 3-5 days after it is received depending on the volume of orders at that time.  Please allow a maximum 7-10 days for processing.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through our secure shopping cart via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.

What is your return policy?
Exchanges & Returns can be made within 15 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order and as well as upon shipment of your products, to the email address you provide to us during the ordering transaction.

What is the difference between your clip and barrette styles?
We offer four styles of clips. Click here to see the Hardware chart. 

• Alligator clip: pinch clip, excellent for infants and toddlers with thin or fine hair. 
• Double prong clip: works in the same manner as the alligator clip. Recommended for toddlers and on larger bows for more stability. 
• Non-Slip Clip: lined double prong clip with velvet ribbon inside for a soft grip. Great for infants and fine hair. (picture not available)
  
• French clips (barrettes): available in 2 sizes, 2" or 2-1/4".  This barrette works best in older girls and girls with thicker hair.
